Hi Sandra
There are some difference between ICP and HTTP ,
ICP is used just to Contact Between Caching servers (squid by example)
the reason of using ICP is to cooporate between caches, icp doesn't transfer
the page for more than 99% of the cases, but (in a simple explaination) it
tells the requester where to find the page then HTTP connection will be
established between the requester and the Cache server where the required
page found.
I suggest that you read something about Squid.
