Hi Ingrid,
Just a few corrections/clarifications on Cache Digests. Feel free to
edit them to suite your unique style.

Cache Digest allows proxies to make information about their cache content
available to peers in a compact format. Digests eliminate ``Do you have it?''
ICP-like queries and delays associated with those queries.
A peer uses digests to identify co-operating caches that are likely to have a
given web object. [32]

Cache Digests is [at least] two protocols. The first protocol or standard
specifies how to build and interpret a digest. The second protocol defines
how to request a digest from a proxy, what digests a proxy may have, etc. (in
other words, it defines the digest exchange procedure).
There are demand-driven plans to move both protocols from semi-documented
stage to Internet Draft stage.
Thank you,
Alex.
