A revised proposal for charter will be circulated shortly.
I have sent some info on Client Proxy Communication and Inter Cache
Communication. There is a draft on ICP extensions out for review, this
group may be an area.
Operational Requirements needs to get started work on, if we agree that it
is necessary documentation.
