Remember that the second BOF is all that you get! A (second) BOF is not a
meeting where you present work, research or such. A BOF is where you find
consensus on what a working group will have as milestones, i.e. do.
After the meeting in Orlando is over, you more or less have to be able to
present milestones, a charter, and a chair -- or at least crystal clear
ideas on where to find answers to those questions.
