Hi John,

Looks good. It does not make a judgement on anyone's work. It's inclusive of
everyone's work. IMHO just what we need in 1999. In fact, if we can hash
through this over the next couple of weeks, we might be able to submit
before Orlando (always hopeful).

One item for the time table. How about including the WWW Caching Workshop as
another meeting place? Sure it's right after the March IETF, but a lot of us
will be at both. It's another opportunity for a face to face session.
