Given Patrik's previous comment with respect to what the BoF should be
aiming to achieve, I think we should give the "charter bashing" much more
time and deprecate the other documents for now. (They will be covered in
more detail in the working group and I believe the charter bashing will not
be as simple as we think.) The working group proposal (i.e. the charter et
al), is the only thing that MUST come out of this meeting, the other
documents / issues are already on the timeline...

To be honest, I think it would be more fruitful to spend the time from now
on thrashing out the charter and not to try to rush into a WG. Also,
procedurally, I think we have timed out on trying to hold a WG (given that
our charter is not ready today, the deadline for submission).

Instead lets use the time constructively on the charter so that we can use
the BoF for the finer details.

As for a telephone conference, how about we try to get some responses to
Ingrid's agenda and our latest charter by email first? I have not seen any
comments on the content. Is there something glaringly missing?
