I couldn't make minneapolis (would have liked to), so it's tough to
really interpret the scope of these one-liners from the minutes.
how about client replica selection? (I can think of a few different
things routing and topology could refer to, including this).. I guess
this could be an issue for the taxonomy document depending on how you
look at it.
