I did mean transparent proxy of course. The problem is that
"transparent proxy" is defined by HTTP/1.1 in a way incompatible with
common usage. I believe we need to precisely define the terms we are
using (which is the whole purpose of the taxonomy draft).

Perhaps we should define "transparent proxy cache server", as
