I have read the draft, and attended the meeting, and I have some
doubt about the tools in sections 4 and 5.
(1) should DNS round robin and SRV records (the ill-fated RFC2045)
be added after section 4.3? they are not strictly DNS redirection, but they
do the job.
(2) in section 5, there is no mention of "pushing" technologies to update
replicas, probably because there is no deployment. Should they be however
added?
