Ok, then can we at least move wpad to informational ?
Its been developed by collaborating vendors, has been
implemented and is part of more than one vendor's story
for proxy support.
Wrec may evolve future versions of it, but, in the mean time,
it would be nice if the existing use was documented in something
other than a draft which expires every six months.
