Is client-side proxies (proxies running in your own workstation) part
of the charter of this IETF working group? Do they need any special
kind of consideration. Since they are usually one-user only, certain
security measures for pages not open to anyone may not be needed in
such proxies? Any experience on such proxies and their usability?
