I think this is the definition of a proxy or a caching proxy, not a
"cache". I believe the definition of the broad term "cache" was deemed too
controversial / difficult at one of our previous meetings and I thought
that we had therefore agreed, in the context of the taxonomy document, to
define only the term "caching proxy" and derivatives thereof?
