Please find below the draft agenda for Thursday's WREC meeting. If there
are any further suggestions / changes, please drop a note to myself and /
or Bill or speak up at the start of the meeting.
As stated previously, the purpose of this meeting is two-fold:
- final analysis of our existing drafts, in preparation for publication
- discussion of our charter; our current one is almost complete

We need to discuss re-chartering WREC. The mood I have gauged from the
group is that we need to define a charter with some real work items and
development in it. In particular, the areas of:
- replication methods,
- inter-proxy communication,
- proxy to network-element communication,
- proxy / replica discovery
to name but a few, seem to always crop up.
However, we need to ensure that we define a realistic charter we know we
can work through.
