yes.

the NAPTR record was designed with this in mind, and to dovetail
with SRV. So you can use SRV if just coarse granularity is needed
and you can use SRV+NAPTR if you need fine granularity.

fleshing out the details of how to find information about URLs -
including perhaps the location of replicas - is arguably within
the scope of the rescap group. though rescap is just supposed
to develop the mechanism, not the schemas. so the development of
a schema for describing replicated web sites/pages should be done in WREC.
