Information on Cache Interface Protocol?

Does anybody know where I can get more information on the Cache
Interface Protocol. This seems to be a new interface to caches (cache
content management and statistics) that Akamai is collaborating with
Cisco, CacheFlow and other cache vendors. However, I can't find any
drafts or any other information about it.
