paper: The vMatrix: A Network of Virtual Machine Monitors for Dynamic Content Distribution

I had sent email to this list about a year ago asking about references
for dynamic content distribution when I was about to start working in
that area. I got lots of help from many of you.

You can find the first paper of the vMatrix project at:

the paper will appear in the 7th International Workshop on Web Content
Caching and Distribution (WCW 2002), Boulder, Colorado, August 2002.

The references section of the paper includes a full listing of all
dynamic content distribution work that I could find to date.
