Now, if you still wish to cancel your account you may do so by following
these steps:

1. You may cancel your account within your user interface. Upon logging
into your account, select the “My Account” button from the left hand
side navigational bars. Next, you will have the option of Removing
space, Adding space, or Canceling your Account. To cancel your Xdrive
Service, please select “Cancel Account”.

2. If you cannot login to your Xdrive Plus account, you may also cancel
your account by contacting Xdrive Billing Support directly at (888)
577-6682 or via email at xdrive@billingsupport.com. Please have the
credit card number and email address used to establish your account
available. You will receive an email confirming cancellation of your
account.
