Some of this was discussed at the IAB plenary.
From an architectural end-to-end perspective one can argue that the work
WEBI is chartered to do[0] actually helps to *fix* some of the
architectural bits of the content networking space that are currently
missing.
[0] When Mark and I were working on initial charter possibilities we
included a lot more work... what you see is something we believed was a
bite that we could chew on and swallow relatively quickly before
re-chartering and moving on to other things.
