I really like the idea of getting the requirements (or guidelines) draft to
last call by the next IETF. It will both move us along and get us some
visibility in the rest of the IETF. To finish the requirements, I think it
is critical to get a look at other protocols. I hope everyone with a
proprietary protocols submits it as a personal ID. This will give us a
quick way to validate the requirements and also build some momentum for the
protocol writing phase.
